Product Warranty Information Page

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the products they purchase.

You may return stock items within 30 days as long as they are returned in their original packaging. The only exceptions are custom and non-stock special order items. Also, we will not cover any shipping charges unless we have made a mistake. Please call us to get an RA number before returning anything.

We will provide the highest quality product and the best service possible.  If we ever fall short of that goal we will attempt to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.  If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a product, that customer may return the merchandise for either a full refund or a credit toward another purchase.  The choice will be at the discretion of the customer. However, A-Plus reserves the right to have the unsatisfactory merchandise returned to its facility for inspection before any refund is made available or credit is allowed.

Bottom line?  We want you to be happy.  Whatever It Takes...
