Our shipping by default is UPS ground with several other options.
US Mail and FedEx shipping also available upon request and for orders shipped outside the lower 48 states.
All orders shipped are assigned a tracking number if shipped through UPS of FedEx.
Express shipping such as 3 day select, second day air or overnight does not include weekends or holidays.
Most order ship the same day if the order is placed by 11:00 am Central Standard Time. The other orders will ship the following business day excluding custom products and signs.
Shipping confirmation is sent by email when using the commercial carriers. If you do not receive a confirmation email it is available by contacting us.
Any items lost in shipping will be replaced at no expense to the customer.
